Introduction

Imagine you are a reporter and you have to publish an interesting article talking about a history mystery. What would you write about?

Task

The teacher is going to ask you to organise teams of 4 or 5 students. Working with your team, you have to investigate about a history mystery and write a summary of the story and the speculations about it based on the information you read. Then, you have to post it in this blog. 

Process

In order to complete the task successfully, you have to follow the steps described below:

In class:

- Organise the teams.

- Exchange e-mail accounts with your teammates.

At home: 

- Read the information contained in the websites provided below.

- Choose a history mystery and select the most important information related to it. You can include pictures.

- Write a summary of the information you read, using your own words (250 words).

- Write the speculations and/or deductions related to the mystery you chose (150 words) and give your reasons.

- Post it in the blog and wait for the teacher's comments and/or suggestions.

- If needed, make the necessary changes.

- Wait until you get the confirmation, visit the blog and read your project online! 

- Don't forget to read the other teams' projects! :)

The deadline to submit your project is June 2.

Evaluation

This project will be worth 10% of the 5th term's grade.

The teacher will follow this criteria:

Not achieved   -5

Partially achieved   6 to 7

Achieved   8 to 9

Successfully achieved   10

Conclusion

We have learnt about different history's mysteries and read each others' speculations and deductions.
